What Is Freaky?

I would like some input here as to just what people consider freaky. I put what I consider some really freaky stuff in level four of my game. Stuff so freaky that it's stuff I won't even do. I have seen a couple people comment that it's not freaky enough. Perhaps this is because they didn't play long enough? The game is set up so you can either get a challenge from the level you pick or any of the levels below it. It is setup this way to encourage people to take the risk for extra points. I am wondering if this is why a few people think it is not freaky enough.

I am constantly trying to improve my game. I have recieved some great suggestions and made updates. I already have a major update coming to the next version but I would like some more suggestions on challenges. People please leave a comment on my blog with suggestions as to what you find freaky. I don't want to have to read 50 shades of grey for ideas. Thank you all for your support.
